RETURN POLICY

Products sold through the Market may be returned to participating Bourret Vêtements pour Homme stores. These returns must first be initiated in your Men’s Garment Fill account and charges may apply.

To return a product from the Market:

Log in to your Men’s Clothing Bag account or click on “Orders and Returns” (if you don’t have an account, you’ll need your order number and postal code).

Have you logged in to bourret.mode.com?

Click on “Orders and Returns” and select the order containing the merchandise you wish to return.

Click the “Start Return Process” button next to the product and follow the steps.

You placed your order as a guest?

Make sure you know your order number and postal code.

Click on “Orders and Returns” and complete the “Check Order Status” form.

Returns at no charge in store

Items sold by Bourret Vêtements pour Homme* are eligible for FREE RETURNS IN STORE. A fee of $26.75 applies when the merchandise is returned by mail and will be deducted from your refund.

Items sold through the Marketplace are subject to their own shipping and return policies and are not eligible for Men’s Apparel Fill delivery offers or free in-store returns. CLARIFICATIONS.

If your purchase does not give you full satisfaction for any reason, you can return the goods to any Bourret Vêtements pour Homme store during opening hours or redirect it to our warehouse, for a fee, provided it is accompanied by its original packaging and receipt. Original accepted receipts include in-store receipts, packing slips, order invoices and emails confirming an order.

14 Day Policy

Certain large items that can be ordered at bourret.mode.com and are not eligible for home delivery, including certain furniture, mattresses, large appliances, barbecues, certain garden furniture, Fitness devices and some outdoor games can only be returned within *14 days of purchase and the refund amount will be applied to the original payment method. After this period, the sale becomes firm. Please note that no expanded return policy applies for purchases made with a Men’s Apparel Bourrard Mastercard.

Before completing your purchase, please contact the in-store staff to find out if the item you wish to purchase can be returned or exchanged.

30 day policy

Standard size merchandise (received by postal services) can be returned within *30 days of the purchase date. The amount of the refund will be applied to the original method of payment, provided it is accompanied by its original receipt. Original accepted receipts include in-store receipts, packing slips, order invoices and emails confirming an order.

Non-medical face coverings

All non-medical face covering sales are firm sales.

Jewelry

Returns without receipt

No refund or exchange will be accepted without the original receipt or after the period allowed for returns.

Final Sale

Items in liquidation marked “Sale Firm” and ending in 96 , underwear and swimwear (when sanitary lining is removed), car seats, breast pumps and face coverings are available for sale. They cannot be the subject of a refund, an exchange or a credit in store.

Prepare a Return

Prepare the package

Pack the items to be returned safely, in their original packaging if possible, and deposit a purchase notice.

Affix the packing slip we helped you with and ensure that no other shipping label is visible on your package.

Sending

You can send your package once it’s ready, through Purolator, Canada Post or UPS, depending on what’s on your packing slip. Drop off your package at the nearest Purolator shipping centre

Give your parcel to your letter carrier or drop it off at the nearest post office

Tracking the shipment

You can track your return with the information provided in your return confirmation email. Please allow 10-14 business days to process a return by mail. The refund amount will be applied to the original payment method approximately one week after a return is processed. Please note that a fee of $26.75 will be deducted from your refund.

LOCATE A RETURN PACKAGE

Delivery outside the home by a carrier

Items purchased at bourret.mode.com that were delivered outside the home by a carrier (certain furniture, large appliances, barbecues, certain garden furniture, fitness equipment and certain outdoor games) can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, and the refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Returned items must be packed and ready for pickup under the same conditions as received. A $100 back-in-stock fee is charged for the return of unwanted items shipped under this program. These items cannot be returned to the store. To request a pickup, please contact our customer service department at 1-819-587-5353 with your order number.

Please note that returns and exchanges of large home items ordered through our call centre (some furniture, mattresses, large appliances and some garden furniture) are temporarily suspended.

Home Delivery

The sale of clothing or jewellery under special order is firm. They cannot be returned or exchanged. We grant a 48-hour grace period from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order without penalty.

If a product is damaged and/or defective, call customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will send the item for repair. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace the item. If the same item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a new selection of equal value.

Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 20% back-up fee.

Damaged items When you notice that items that have been delivered to your home are damaged, you have 24 hours to report it to 1 819-587-5353.

Special Orders

The sale Clothing or Jewelry on Special Order is firm. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

PayPal

There are no fees for using PayPal. If you paid for a purchase using PayPal and returned the item through Canada Post, your PayPal account will be credited. Price adjustments, if applicable, will be applied to a Men’s Garment Fill gift card. As our stores do not accept PayPal as a payment method, purchases made using PayPal will be refunded by credit card

Price adjustments and trade

Price adjustments will be made on presentation of a cash receipt within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the items were not purchased as part of a liquidation. Articles in liquidation may not be subject to a price adjustment. Returns accompanied by a gift card will be refunded with a Men’s Clothing Gift Card.

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to exchange it, you can do so, according to the terms of our return policy, by calling 1-819-587-5353 with your original order number on hand. We will be happy to place a new order for you. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the period allowed for returns. Other exceptions may apply. Details in store.

Same day or next day delivery

You can now place an order (no minimum purchase required) at bourret.mode.com or in the Bourret Clothing for Men app and have your items delivered the same day or the next day for $9.99. Same day delivery is available every day of the week, residential and commercial customers, in certain cities and for certain postal codes. * Items sold through the Marketplace are subject to their own shipping and return policies and are not eligible for Men’s Apparel Fill delivery offers or free in-store returns. Same-day or next-day delivery is available for select postal codes located in Toronto and Vancouver, depending on inventory availability. Orders must be passed before noon.

Delivery charges will not be refunded if items delivered the same day or the next day are returned. Please refer to our return policy to learn more.
